Terms and Conditions
A £50 non-refundable deposit as well as the completion of this form and agreeing to these terms and conditions will be required to secure your booking. If for whatever reason you need to cancel the event, you can do so up to 2 weeks prior to the event date. At this point you will be liable for 50% of the money owed for the event. We ask the full balance is paid a minimum of 24 hours prior to the event start time. We will arrive at your event between 10-15 minutes prior to your event start time to set up our equipment and ensure we are ready to start for your booking time. Our equipment is fully PAT rested and we require access to two plug sockets for our equipment. It is required that every event will provide 2 chairs and a table, OR specify if they are unable to do so within 2 weeks prior to the Event; in which case they will be provided by Lydia Bailys. We respectfully request there are no oranges or nuts present on site as we have members of staff who are anaphylactic to these foods. For any events exceeding 1 hour, all members of Staff present will require access to Tea and Coffee making facilities, running water and use of a WC. A 10 minute break will be required per every 2 hours at any event; this will in no way hinder or obstruct the events proceeding’s. Our performers and clients safety is our upmost Priority and if a performer ever feels unsafe or discriminated against, they will leave the event without prior notice and no refund will be given. We ask that if you are booking any other form of entertainment (including a bouncy castle) that we are told at the time of booking, to ensure the other companies polices are of an equal standard to ours and that they have the appropriate certifications and insurance, as well as to ensure your event runs smoothly. We endeavour to provide 5 Star Entertainment for all Events, no matter how big or small and aim to direct all Events towards each individual customers wants and needs. If at any point during the Event there is anything not to your taste, we ask you to discuss this with us straight away so we can resolve anything which may hinder you or your guests enjoyment.
